Exchanges and Returns

1.1. If the product provided shows a manufacturer defect, the client may demand a correction of the defect or another item without defect.
1.2. The client has 30 days to return the item, starting from the date the item is received, with no additional cost as long as it does not show any signs of use and is returned in the same box used for shipping. Should there be damages to the item caused by poor handling or packaging by the client while returning the product, BIKESUL reserves the right to not accept a return and charge the shipping costs to the client in question.
1.3. Fulfilling the rule provided for in the previous item takes place only when the client did not use the item purchased, providing BIKESUL the right to make the equipment exchange possible, after verifying the product’s condition.
1.4. If the client requests an exchange of its product for another with a higher price than the one purchased, it must proceed with the payment of the remaining amount by bank transfer to the IBAN provided at the time of request.
1.5. When the client requests an exchange of its product for another with a lower price than the one purchased, BIKESUL will issue a credit memo and return the difference in value to the client, within 15 days, by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the client.
1.6. Fulfilling the rights provided for in the previous items shall be done in accordance to the return policy, provided to the final consumer with the order confirmation.

2.1. The legal warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date.
2.2. Components from other brands (except for the BIKESUL brand – frame and fork) have a 2-year warranty.  
2.3. For paint defects, the bicycle has a two-year warranty.
2.4. The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from incorrect or improper use by the client, such as:
neglect of the product (insufficient conservation and maintenance);
assembly and changes in components on any part of the bicycle that is not expressly permitted by BIKESUL;
changes to the paint;
excessive strain of another type.
2.5. Should the defect require a replacement of the frame and/or fork, these will be replaced in the same colour, based on availability. Otherwise, the replacement shall be in another colour.
2.6. Warranty services do not cover any other services (such as assembly and transportation costs) and any potential costs due to assembly and additional material resulting from a change to the model. These costs will be paid by the client within the warranty.
2.7. The warranty is valid only for the first owner of the product, in accordance with the client mentioned in the purchase invoice.
2.8. We suggest that the client keep the box used for shipping until the end of the warranty, in order to guarantee that the bicycle is correctly packaged should there be a need to return it during the warranty period.
