Roglic won Vuelta for the third consecutive time

Slovenian Primoz Roglic (Jumbo-Visma) won the Tour de España on bicycle for the third consecutive time, finishing with the victory in the individual time trial, in the 21st and final stage.
The last stage with 33.8 kilometers that linked Padrón to Santiago de Compostela, in 44.02 minutes, had the Dane Magnus Cort Nielsen (EF Education-Nippo) in second place and the Dutchman Thymen Arensman (DSM) in third place in the last race.
Nelson Oliveira (Movistar) was the best Portuguese representative, finishing in 72nd position overall, after having completed the time trial in 24th, while Rui Oliveira (UAE Emirates) was 74th, after 68th place in individual exercise.
