O'Connor won at the top of Tignes and Pogacar reinforces leadership of "Tour de France"

Australian cyclist Ben O'Connor (Ag2r-Citröen) won yesterday, Sunday, July 4th, the ninth stage of the Tour de France, at the top of Tignes. O'Connor won the first high finish of the 108th edition of the Tour, at the end of 144.9 kilometers from Cluses, with a time of 04:26.43 hours. Mattia Cattaneo (Deceuninck-Quick Step) took second place at 05.07 minutes, and Sonny Colbrelli (Bahrain Victorious), third place at 05.34. Both your companions on the run, of Italian nationality. Tadej Pogacar maintained the overall lead, while the winner of the stage rose to second place, 02.01 minutes from the yellow one. Today, Monday, the peloton has its first day of rest  of the Tour de France, returning to the road tomorrow, Tuesday, for the 190.7 kilometer link between Albertville and Valence.
