Maria Martins, 23, also won bronze in the omnium, an event that combines four track cycling events.
Portugal has five cyclists in the World Cup. In addition to Oliveira and Martins, Rui Oliveira, João Matias and Daniela Campos also compete in aint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, in France.
