André Domingues won the "Volta a Portugal do Futuro"

André Domingues (Efapel) won the Volta a Portugal do Futuro, which ended this past Sunday.
 He took second place in the last stage, in an individual time trial, and thus secured first place.
Romaric Forques (Essax) at 19 seconds and Pedro Miguel Lopes (Kelly-Simoldes-UDO) at 21 seconds completed the podium.
